  10. base   is   a   19   column  
  11. inscription totalling 357
  12. characters,  recording  a 
  13. land    dispute   and    a  
  14. re-drawing  of boundaries
  15. between the states of San 
  16. and Ts'e, making this an 
  17. ancient title deed.
